📦 Shipping Policy – Les Vikingz

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Customers receive a confirmation email once the order is shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via trusted carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, DHL depending on location).

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.
Customers receive tracking information by email once the package has shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.

4. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered fulfilled once:

  • The carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Les Vikingz is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If an issue occurs, customers must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered valid and authorized transactions.

6. Fraud Prevention

Les Vikingz reserves the right to cancel or verify any order flagged as high-risk before shipment.
